Food for Fines Program

Bring in any non-perishable food items between November 2nd - 30th and waive fines up to $5.00. All items will be donated to local food banks and shelters. The food for fines program does not apply to accounts that have been turned over to collections, or to any account owing more than $5.00 in fines. Fines must be paid in cash, to a balance of $5.00 or less, before application of Food for Fines.

LDL Mitten Tree

December 1st - 23rd: bring in any handmade or purchased mittens, gloves, hats, and scarves to donat to the Mitten Tree! All donations will be given to local charities.

Candy House @ Deerfield Bring your kids out to the Deerfield branch @ 4:00 pm to make their own candy house using graham crackers, frosting, and candy! Registration is required. Call 517-447-3400.

Holiday Cardmaking @ Britton Come out to the Britton branch from 4:00 - 5:30 pm to make your own holiday cards! Enjoy socializing over hot chocolate while letting your creativity flow! Adult program; registration is required. Call 517-451-2860.
