You can log in to your patron account by clicking here or by the "Patron Account" tab on our homepage.  Your username is the barcode number on the back of your library card and the password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

 

Can I renew my books online?

Yes.  Once you are logged in to your account, there will be a menu on the left-hand side.  Under "My Record" there will be a link called "Items Out" that will show you the number of items you currently have checked out, as well as their due dates and the number of renewals an item has left. At the bottom of the list there will be two boxes.  "Renew Selected Items" will require you to check the box of each item you wish to renew.  "Renew all items" will renew all items currently checked out.  Please note:  if there is currently another patron waiting for an item, you will not be able to renew said item online.  The ONLY way you can get a renewal for this item is by calling the library.  Please note:  Any item that is currently overdue cannot be renewed online.  You must call the library to renew it over the phone.

 

Can I find out how much I owe in my patron account?

Yes.  Yes.  Once you are logged in to your account, there will be a menu on the left-hand side.  Under "My Record" there will be a link called "Fines and Fees".  There you can find the fines and fees currently accrued. 

 

Can I pay my fines and fees online?

No.  Fines and fees can only be paid for at the library. 

 

What else can I do in my patron account?

Within your patron account you can also view the items you currently have on request, where you are on the list, and how long until their hold expires.  You can also view your history if you have requested that the library keep track of such.
