November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month.

To bring awareness to hospice, we are partnering with Hospice of Lenawee for a digital presentation called Hospice 101. Hospice 101  covers the basics of hospice care including who is eligible, what hospice care can do for a patient and their family while the patient is in care and after they pass, and much more.

There will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions.
